Stimulate Employment/Reduce Energy Cost

February 23, 2009- Atlanat, GA. Executives of Jaguar Express, Inc. raised a pertinent question regarding a conference addressing the use of alternative energy infrastructure in buildings associated with government funding.

"They're passing out funds to major corporations in Washington, but has anyone demanded the use of solar energy panels as a means of reducing energy cost to those recipient companies, i.e., Citi Corp, AIG, Bank of America?"

Bloggers are not suprised those questions were never asked. Hello, out there. Where's the money?

All jokes aside, it would stand to reason that government officials will require alternative energy sources to re-coup losses at government owned buildings. Will this technology be applied to currently planned infrastructure spending?

Look closely at Chrysler and General Motors plans (when provided) toward the use of alternative energy in its' facilities (Dealerships, distribution plants, etc.)

When asked why alternative energy is significant to new infrastructure spending, Evans answered, "...because the cost to power a 20,000 square foot building using solar energy panels will reduce the energy bill considerably over time. The savings in the first year will nearly offset the initial installation expense over 40 kilowatts."

"Jaguar's plan is timely. It will help stimulate job opportunities in the Solar Energy field as well," says Robert Green, President, Green-ovation in Macon, GA.

Revitalization of U.S.A. Manufacturing

Atlanta, GA. Feb. , 2009. Jaguar Express, Inc. announced its' plans to help re-vitalize U.S.A. manufacturing.

Alonzo Evans, President of Jaguar Express, Inc. states that many discharged workers in the automobile manufacturing industry will benefit by re-tooling. For example, specialty chassis (heavy duty) are required to sustain safe transportation in certain rural areas of the South. This effort will require re-tooling commensurate with 49 U.S.C. 5316.

"A case in point," Evans commented. "Rural Alabama (South East) has more dirt roads per hundred miles than most any place in America. What that means to a bus driver or passenger is at best a bumpy ride, but more seriously, heavy duty chassis are required for passenger safety. This is an opportunity to put displaced automobile workers back to work."

"It sounds simple," a reporter commented.

"We can provide chassis, new engines and tires. We're looking at five thousand buses in each of 200 regions, to start. There are six tires per bus...that's thirty thousand tires per region. You get the point?"

Jaguar Express, Inc. may very well help offset some job losses throughout the industry, including some five thousand recent job layoffs at Goodyear, alone.

Put 100,000 jobs on thes Street

February 21, 2009 - Atlanta, GA. Principals of Jaguar Express, Inc., announced today its' intention to create new jobs and to rapidly expand new job development throughout major urban pockets within the U.S.A.

The current version of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible,Efficient, Transportation Equity Act: A legacy for users (SAFTEA-LU) Under 23 USC and 49 USC in Multimodal Transportation Planning spurs employment for transportation workers, including bus drivers, restaurant and retail workers at bus depot facilities, mechanics, service personnel and more.

Jaguar Express, Inc., is uniquely positioned to become a major leader in job development throught the United States via express transportation.

"We will manage transportation finance to ensure that small growth considerations are taken into account for each small community where this plan is economically feasible," said Alonzo Evans, President of Jaguar Express, Inc.

Jaguar Express, Inc. has planned direct express routes to transport employees and prospective employees from urban areas to available job locations. Many job seekers in those respective areas have little or no access due to few or poorly developed mass transit systems.

Under Jaguar's express transportation plan, new jobs are created expanding opportunities to mechanics, bus drivers, restaurant workers and more.

"We will work with local mass transit systems to help offset their existing cost. For example, we are building bus depots complete with fast food restaurants and multiple income-streams and profit-centers to benefit mass-transit company's bottom line," said Anita Evans, Vice President of Jaguar.

An alert reporter asked: "Does that mean your transportation plan is limited to low-income areas?"

"We're not a blue or red country. We are the U.S.A. We plan to implement job development through express transportation wherever it is economically feasible......be it Texas, Kentucky or California or Michigan."

"..so your plan is not limited to low-income communities?"

Evans responded, "We want to make sure we bring a quality transportation system to the public whether it is a small or large community."

The prevalent question is one of time, procurement and turn around.

"We already have a module in place. We can put the jobs on the streets in ninety to a hundred and eighty days," Mr. Evans concluded.

Old Habits Die Hard

Washington, DC - February 9, 2009. Principals of Jaguar Express Inc, announced today that the prospect of creating millions of new jobs is not as remote as many Americans may think. The blog entitled 1,000,000 new jobs, {posted on this very site, dated February 3, 2009} sited the potential of bureaucy to stagnate the development of new jobs. Mr. Evans (President, Jaguar) stated "...old habits die hard........"

"...old habits die hard," said President Obama.

It is not suprising that the President appropriately applied the same quote at today's National press conference when a reporter questioned the effect of his efforts to create bipartisan participation toward passing the Economic Stimulus plan.

"Neither is it suprising that the Presidentcan clearly see the political obstacles stagnating immediate job creation that is so very necessary as represented in Indiana and many parts of the United States," said Evans.

Jaguar Express executives believe its express transportation module can be duplicated in many U.S. regions, thereby creating new jobs, immediately.

"It doesn't take much time to hire qualified bus drivers or to purchase buses," said Mrs. Evans. "The challenge is to push good plans through bureaucracy."

New Jobs: Restaurants & Bus Depot

Atlanta, GA - February 1, 2009. Jaguar Express Inc. announced it's plans to incorporate restaurants into various routes of its' Public Express Trasnsportation Module.

Its module has been submitted to the Federal Transportation Authority of numerous counties throughout the U.S.A. Many jobs are expected as a result of express bus transportation to facilitate the elderly, handicapped and low-income residents under 49 U.S.C. 5307 and 5311.

"Do you plan to include existing restaurant franchisor(s) vendors or, Rapid Transportation Authority vehicles?" a prominent blogger asked.

"We have offered both," Said Alonzo Evans, President of Jaguar Express, Inc. "For example, we met with MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transid Authority) back in November of last year. The point of the meeting addressed the option of providing vending services in lieu of a full service cafeteria. MARTA elected to offer vending services as a result of competing restaurants in the area ad its relatively small customer base."

Evans proposed to create five to ten thousand jobs per region as his Express Transportation Module plans are executed. These plans create express transportation in areas where mobility is less accessible to the elderly, handicap and low-income residents. Jaguar believe its plan will stimulate the economy and create new, long term jobs.

"Buses must be purchased. Building will be leased. Someone has to drive the buses; someone has to operate the depots, "said an official of Jaguar.

"There are new job opportunities for restaurant employees, bus drivers, electricians, Joe the Plumbers of the world, janitors and many blue collar workers," Said Anita Evans, Vice President of Jaguar Express, Inc. "...not to speak of the many small business opportunities provided to entrepreneurs and professionals. Lawyers, Accountants, engineers will profit greatly from the economic stimulus this venture provides."

,1,000,000. JOBS Proposal

Atlanta, GA - February 3, 2009 Alonzo Evans, President of Jaguar Express, Inc. announced today that over one million new jobs may be created comprising over 200 U.S. Regions, based on his public Express Route transportation Module.

"Has the lack of lobbyist presence created more accessibility to Washington?" a reporter recently asked, "or does the economic stimulus plan face opposition toward implementation?"

"Old habits die hard," Evans responded. "Although, we now have clean leadership in Washington, many of the old bureaucracies continue."

The ever persistent Evans sought creative avenues toward exposing his transportation based economic stimulus trasportation module to include Florida, Alabama and many states consistent with Job Reverse Access to Work Program 49 U.S.C. 5316.

100,000 Jobs/Economic Stimulus Package

Atlanta -GA. Jan 2, 2009. As of October, 2007 Jaguar Express, Inc. began to release its plans to create and modify public express route transportation system throughout numerous counties throughout the United States, resulting in 5,000 to 10,000 new jobs per region.

Jaguar Express, Inc. has developed plans consistent with President Obama's economic stimulus provisions.

This is a module. This module can be duplicated in over 200 U.S. regions.

"There are well over 200 regions for which Federal plans 49 U.S.C, 5316, 5311, 5307 and more, specific to our module. These plans are developed to assist the elderly, low-income residents and the handicapped," says Alonzo Evans, President of Jaguar Express, Inc.

When asked how difficult it has been to market the job creating plan, Evans responded. "We started at the top in terms of creating transportation depots for buses along with restaurants which will induce further employment. Take MARTA for example. (Atlanta Metro Bus & train), the legal consultant for MARTA met with me personally regarding this plant toward its' possible participation in making use of our depots and map designs."

Jaguar Express, Inc. did not stop at MARTA but opened its map design expertise to all regions consistent with Job Access Reverse Commute Program congruent to the presidents economic stimulus plan.

Jaguar Express, Inc. has designed a proprietary Express Bus Routing System that creates tens of thousands of new jobs stimulating new economic activity.

"The point of the plan is two-fold," said Anita Evans, (V.P. Jaguar Express). "One, we are creating viable employment.....the qualatative effect results in jobs that last...from bus drivers to fast food servers. Secondly we plan to exploit alternative sources of energy such as bio-diesel."

Jaguar Express, Inc. is suited to begin hiring, immediatley upon the FTA approval, as the proposal is now pending federal authorization.
