The earlier phases of Jaguar Express Inc. involves construction. A priority is the building of Bus Depots by remodeling some existing buildings in rural communities and building from scratch where necessary. This process will create jobs for heavy equipment workers, plumbers, carpenters and restaurant workers.
Old buildings will be demolished and/or retrofitted to accommodate solar energy panels and state of-the-art buses and facilities. This process creates new jobs in energy efficient capacities. These processes emit low carbon.
" Someone has to drive the buses, load them onto trucks, warehouse inventory, cut and fit the panels into the roofs of buildings, and more. " said Alonzo Evans.
Jaguar plan to create jobs for both skilled and unskilled laborers and professionals, alike. For example, janitors are needed to clean the restaurant facilities. Restaurants are a result of new and existing franchisers (some of which are already committed). Waiters and waitresses will be needed. Short order cooks will be required as well as local bus drivers. We will need mechanics at each bus depot. We will need engineers, electricians and environmental professionals to complete the build out.
Twenty four hour security personnel will be required to maintain the buildings during and after construction.
Jaguar's plan is designed to stimulate economic growth in rural communities consistent with President Obama's Economic Revitalization plan. Jaguar is yet awaiting financing through a variety of federal job initiatives.
We, at Jaguar Express Inc. are praying for President Obama and the success of his job initiative and encourage our readers and supporters to do the same.

New Jobs through Clean Energy
Jaguar Express, Inc. copyrighted Jaguar Express, Inc. Plan back in 2007, consistent with President Obama's Economic Stimulus Plan for the distinct purpose of creating new jobs in transportation and associated fields. Fresh water well drilling, solar energy, bio fuel, wireless communication and the construction of depots, for example can be used to build a better quality of life in rural communities.
Jaguar propose to use wind energy, gas systems and clean coal technology as well. The plan can be implemented in many regions throughout the country. This plan is affordable to many communities and is reasonably duplicated to the communities in question.
This plan will boost the economy by creating new jobs in the above mentioned industries. The Environmental effects of the Jaguar plan are obvious. We are happy to announce our supporters and friends who believe, conceptually, and otherwise in the Jaguar Express Plan. Jaguar Express believes its commitment to forward thinking will help substantiate those realities in the near future.
We thank the companies mentioned below for their commitment to the community.

Jobs in Agriculture
Jaguar Express propose to create new distribution channels to local farmers. Bus depots are created to provide new jobs in a new market place in which fresh, organically grown produce may be distributed for sale. This opportunity provide additional retail sales and supports healthier diets, although fast food snacks are also accessible through these channels (bus depots).
American farmers comprise less than six percent of our GDP. By comparison, The Republic of China's farming community accounts for about thirty percent of its' GDP.
What are we driving at? We need to do a better job in our farming community. For example, we can make farming more solar energy efficient by retrofitting the barn. Many barns are covered with tin panels and roofs. The metal, tin, attracts sun energy, intensively. Solar panels can be used to attract and retain energy more efficiently. The farmers saves money and harness power by creating a re-chargeable grid, allowing an additional source of income by selling its unused energy to neighbors, all as a result of retrofitting.
Many farmers are drawing water from lakes and springs; however, there is far more water beneath the surface than all the rivers and lakes combined. Secondly, this water is cleaner and more cost-effective to filter and capture.
New technolgy affords the farmer ability to take advantage of these resources-a technology which was not readily available fifteen years ago.

Day Care Jobs in Depot
Part of the Jaguar Express plan involve providing jobs in Personal Day care Centers. These centers are incorporated in the Bus Depots, providing a safe environment for children and built-in convenience to parents. Day Care is a personal favorite of founder, Anita Evans who realize parents who could not otherwise work due to lack of adequate transportation and high cost of day care are enabled to return to the workforce, thereby increasing the overall workforce.
"This is a viable area of new jobs that has been essentially, overlooked," said Mrs. Evans.
Many single parents are returning to school seeking further education. A major prohibition to this effort has surrounded the expense of day care. We promised, earlier, to follow-up with new jobs for single parents and our youth. It.s here.
Funding for planned day care falls under Jaguar USC49-5316 and USC49-5317. Jaguar will play an important role in retrofitting as solar energy and clean energy has been part of the Jaguar plan since its incipience. Solar energy shall be used to provide heat and energy to each of Jaguar's day care facilities. Jaguar has also proposed clean water usage at these day care facilities by digging fresh water wells.
New jobs are provided by construction toward refitting buildings with solar panels, the digging of wells and by hiring day care personnel. In regions without proper public transportation, Jaguar will design proper solar equipped buses to ensure adequate transportation to and from work and to the day care centers.

New Jobs / Export Opportunity in Re-Manufacturing
The year 2010 introduces new job opportunities via new export challenges in transportation. Jaguar Express, Inc. has introduced an opportunity to re-tool existing buses by re-arranging chassis and emissions to exceed the environmental standards of countries in which those units (buses) are exported.
Jaguar Express, Inc. propose to take existing inventories and re-tool by refurbishing the buses. Jaguar Express will add new chassis, heavy duty chassis with a prolonged life cycle and environmentally friendly engineering.
This opportunity creates a three-fold economic advantage. First, Jaguar is creating new jobs in an existing industry where layoffs are superfluous and unsustainable, for example, the automotive industry. A sub-component benefiting this new economy derives from closed factories that can be re-employed to house new or re-trained workers in the automobile industry toward re-manufacturing. Countless numbers of jobs may be attained by this practice, but there's more. For example, hundreds of new jobs may be created in export administration toward maintaining inventories of buses redesigned and prepared for overseas shipment. This happens as a result of using used bus inventories, re-tooling and re-manufacturing those inventories.
Millions of dollars are saved because latent inventories that are completely depreciated can be re-tooled and shipped to secondary markets. Normally, those inventories represent a loss; however, the hull of many buses are yet useful. Re-manufacturing makes the vehicles more environmentally friendly, thereby creating a new product when re-marketing.
" We have therefore turned a liability into an income producing asset," said Anita Evans.
An important question has been posed to officials at Jaguar Express, " Where will you find funding? "
" Capital is returned from revenues developed from export business as a result of re-manufacturing. The old inventories were historically written off," Mrs. Evans added.

New Jobs Created by Stimulating the Economy
“The approximately 3.5 million jobs created or saved will reflect the current distribution of jobs across the economy,” touching all industries, says Heidi Shierholz, an economist at the Economic Policy Institute. Due to the severity of the recession, “that’s not going to fill in the employment gap entirely,” she says.
"A number of those industries ," says Alonzo Evans will include, Solar energy, clean water from drilling fresh water wells, wireless communication systems, bus depots, new bus drivers, restaurants, etc."
Many of these jobs can be created right away as a result of vacancies among retail auto dealers, shops which are basically an eye sore in the community. We can turn these negatives into positives by re-tooling these facilities in transforming them into bus depots. Millions of dollars are saved because we do not have to build these facilities from scratch. The proper sewage and irrigation systems are already in place. Common sense approaches saves money.
Jaguar plan to focus on communities with ten percent or higher unemployment rate. We are demonstrating accountability in neighborhoods hardest hit by unemployment. This plan should help minimize crime (by creating jobs at the low-income level), reduce pollution (due to low carbon emissions) and reduce vandalism at vacant buildings- due to abandoned auto dealerships, retail stores, etc.)This is a modular, not limited to one state.
Jaguar plans to implement this plan in many different cities across America.

Accountability for Job Creation in America
The progression of Jaguar 5311-F job creation plan is easily accounted for. Previous post have demonstrated the need for new jobs in bus depots associated restaurants, communications, security, bus drivers, water wells, homeland security, and more. Jaguar 5311-F plan to provide security on buses to remain ahead of the curve.
Here are the numbers.
There are 300 buses to acquire in one state, only. This should create about 9,000 jobs. According to ABC news and Charles Gibson, the building of a bus involve over 30different components. For example, the brakes, tires, rims, engine, chassis, brake pads and calibers, windshields, doors, wheel chair lifts, etc. all create about thirty new jobs.
"The point is," said Alonzo Evans, of Jaguar Express, Inc. " is that each component creates at least one new job. These new jobs are easily accounted for as part of basic manufacturing logistics. "
Jaguar does not plan to involve multiple sub-contractors in any part of its plans, therefore, it can account for the location of the job and the number of new jobs created.
"Eliminate most sub-contractors and create more accountability," says Evans.
Jaguar propose to create 14 new jobs per bus, including bus drivers, maintenance personnel and administrators. New facilities will include the construction of buildings for corporate headquarters along with five different locations to shelter buses. Each maintenance facility will contain forty thousand gallons of fuel with four holding tanks to store fuel. This effort will require 300 buses which will create 4200 new jobs in one state, alone.
"Forty two hundred new jobs," Evans exclaimed.
In addition, we are building 15 bus depots at about 30,000 sq.ft. facilities. We anticipate a great number of new jobs in construction, alone. There are fast food restaurants associated with each depot, not to speak of homeland security, wireless communication systems, well-drilling for fresh water and solar energy. When necessary, wind energy, gas and clean coal energy may be applied.
"It doesn't take rocket science to see that this program can create over 7,000 new jobs in each state where Jaguar 5311-F is employed," says Evans.
In a previous writing, we spoke of employing our youth and creating entrepreneurial opportunities. The depots provide opportunities among young people of a variety of economic and social backgrounds which will have a strong positive impact on the community.
Genuine entrepreneurship starts from ground up. Sometimes, we must look down in order to pull others up.
"Sometimes we have to die a little today in order to live tomorrow," said eight year old Truitt Spencer of Atlanta, Georgia.
Let's focus on the children.
