New Jobs Created by Stimulating the Economy

“The approximately 3.5 million jobs created or saved will reflect the current distribution of jobs across the economy,” touching all industries, says Heidi Shierholz, an economist at the Economic Policy Institute. Due to the severity of the recession, “that’s not going to fill in the employment gap entirely,” she says.

"A number of those industries ," says Alonzo Evans will include, Solar energy, clean water from drilling fresh water wells, wireless communication systems, bus depots, new bus drivers, restaurants, etc."

Many of these jobs can be created right away as a result of vacancies among retail auto dealers, shops which are basically an eye sore in the community. We can turn these negatives into positives by re-tooling these facilities in transforming them into bus depots. Millions of dollars are saved because we do not have to build these facilities from scratch. The proper sewage and irrigation systems are already in place. Common sense approaches saves money.

Jaguar plan to focus on communities with ten percent or higher unemployment rate. We are demonstrating accountability in neighborhoods hardest hit by unemployment. This plan should help minimize crime (by creating jobs at the low-income level), reduce pollution (due to low carbon emissions) and reduce vandalism at vacant buildings- due to abandoned auto dealerships, retail stores, etc.)This is a modular, not limited to one state.

Jaguar plans to implement this plan in many different cities across America.

Accountability for Job Creation in America

The progression of Jaguar 5311-F job creation plan is easily accounted for. Previous post have demonstrated the need for new jobs in bus depots associated restaurants, communications, security, bus drivers, water wells, homeland security, and more. Jaguar 5311-F plan to provide security on buses to remain ahead of the curve.

Here are the numbers.

There are 300 buses to acquire in one state, only. This should create about 9,000 jobs. According to ABC news and Charles Gibson, the building of a bus involve over 30different components. For example, the brakes, tires, rims, engine, chassis, brake pads and calibers, windshields, doors, wheel chair lifts, etc. all create about thirty new jobs.

"The point is," said Alonzo Evans, of Jaguar Express, Inc. " is that each component creates at least one new job. These new jobs are easily accounted for as part of basic manufacturing logistics. "

Jaguar does not plan to involve multiple sub-contractors in any part of its plans, therefore, it can account for the location of the job and the number of new jobs created.

"Eliminate most sub-contractors and create more accountability," says Evans.

Jaguar propose to create 14 new jobs per bus, including bus drivers, maintenance personnel and administrators. New facilities will include the construction of buildings for corporate headquarters along with five different locations to shelter buses. Each maintenance facility will contain forty thousand gallons of fuel with four holding tanks to store fuel. This effort will require 300 buses which will create 4200 new jobs in one state, alone.

"Forty two hundred new jobs," Evans exclaimed.

In addition, we are building 15 bus depots at about 30,000 sq.ft. facilities. We anticipate a great number of new jobs in construction, alone. There are fast food restaurants associated with each depot, not to speak of homeland security, wireless communication systems, well-drilling for fresh water and solar energy. When necessary, wind energy, gas and clean coal energy may be applied.

"It doesn't take rocket science to see that this program can create over 7,000 new jobs in each state where Jaguar 5311-F is employed," says Evans.

In a previous writing, we spoke of employing our youth and creating entrepreneurial opportunities. The depots provide opportunities among young people of a variety of economic and social backgrounds which will have a strong positive impact on the community.

Genuine entrepreneurship starts from ground up. Sometimes, we must look down in order to pull others up.

"Sometimes we have to die a little today in order to live tomorrow," said eight year old Truitt Spencer of Atlanta, Georgia.

Let's focus on the children.

Jaguar 5311-F Creates Jobs Through Healthcare

Congratulations to President Obama regarding his trip to China, a rather successful trip considering the complexities involved. We also congratulate President Obama for winning the Nobel Peace Prize. It appears the world is seeking peace. It further appears that President Obama demonstrates accountability, in general, after the free wheeling of our financial institutions over the past eight years. The president is breaking down barriers built over the last eight years, broken barriers that may give world peace a chance.

We believe the president is accountable in that he is not dropping the ball on the health care issue, a personal quest of the deceased senator Ted Kennedy who spent the last forty years of his life attempting to make health care affordable to all Americans. We believe his name should be part of the bill, creating a bi-partisan effort to put health care under control. It's time all parties come together with common sense efforts to establish a red, white and blue organized plan affording us the ability to make accomplishments in a forward thinking manner.

Jaguar 5311-F originally created health care provisions as part of its economic stimulation initiative...again common sense thinking is a big part of the solution.

Jaguar 5311-F is looking forward to securing health care benefits for future employees by affecting children, today. A healthy public, today, leads to a healthy workforce tomorrow. We suggest investing in our youth, today.

Follow us to see how jobs can be created for our youth today. Many of those jobs will originate in our proposed bus depots.

Moving forward with New Technologies Means Jobs

Why was Jaguar Express created? What is Jaguar 5311-F?

Jaguar was created to develop new jobs for Americans. Jaguar 5311-F follows 5316, 5317 and many provisions within the confines of the Federal Transit Authority.
5311F is provided for transportation in non-urbanized areas with a population under 50,000.

Beyond the benefits of transportation (new jobs, new economies, etc.) are additional economies. Solar energy technologies, fresh water wells, bus depots, buses, wireless communication centers can stimulate local economies, excessively.

Within Alabama alone, we plan to create over 20,000 jobs at about $290,000,000 in the local economy. These are clean energy jobs, jobs that remain in America and may be created by American companies.

Jaguar has successfully submitted proposals that address the economies mentioned above. For example, "Our plan in Florida, Texas and Alabama can be duplicated in many states. Georgia for example, is a state can benefit from duplicating Jaguar 5311-F which can help the state save money while addressing the state's water shortage,"
said Alonzo Evans, President of Jaguar Express.

How?

" By drilling fresh water wells," said Alonzo Evans, President of Jaguar. Jaguar has the technology to purify water. Jaguar has the human capital. Jaguar can covert nor-recyclable plastics into fuel. Kerosene, diesel fuel, gasoline and furnace oil. All EPA approved."

How?

Jaguar Express is duly associate of " By building Depots, we create jobs, which creates security in each community where Jaguar 5311-F can be implemented."

There's more to come with a recent news release regarding the tremendous progression of Jaguar Express involving new technologies, endorsed by prestigious Universities.

Alternative Resources for Jobs

The following consist of excerpts of an interview of Alonzo Evans of Jaguar Express, Inc. and writer, S. Barry Hamdani. This writer has a vested interested in the development of our most vital resource: Water.

SBH: Tell us, Mr. Evans, what can be done to insure the states has
a substantial supply of water accessible for public use,
and what is some of the controversy surrounding water?

AE: Well, beyond mandated water restrictions, you mean?

SBH: Umhmm.

AE: I recently spoke with Bob Anderson.

SBH: Who is Bob?

AE : Bob Anderson of Statesboro, Georgia owns a drilling
company in that area.Bob provided insight
regarding the necessary flow of water
required in Jaguar 53ll.It requires environmental
reports to insure every aspect of the plan
environmentally friendly.

SBH: I get it.

AE : We consulted Bob to determine how best to wrap up Jaguar 5311-F.

SBH: ...and the reports are subject to funding?

AE: Yes. There are several components of the plan and several codes.

SBH: What will be the result of an implemented Jaguar 5311 plan?

AE: Good question. We consulted with one of the most successful
operators in government funded transportation at the
reknown Clayburn Center.

SBH: How did he help?

AE: She. The most successful operator, in my opinion is a lady,
Ann August and constituents will agree. Ann August,
CCTM,Director of Santee Wateree.Regional Transportation
Authority in Sumter, South Carolina.

We are moving in that direction because she is successfully
perfecting transportation plans and is forward thinking.

SBH: My bad. It's a lady. How did she help?

AE: Ann reviewed Jaguar 5311. First of all, we're
in full compliance. Secondly, the foundation
of our plan is consistent with all successful models.
In addition to providing public transportation
to recipients under 5311-F.

SBH: That's the disabled and/or handicap citizens?

AE: ...and it include low income and middle class, etc.
There are many components. to include
all citizens.In addition to transportation,
we have added solar panels to reduce energy
use and cost, but we didn't stop there,
Barry. For example,we incorporated bio-diesel
fuel as part of the plan.

SBH: How does bio-diesel fit into the Jaguar 5311-F plan.

AE: We are providing Bus Depots for passengers we alluded to earlier,
making transportation available to them, transportation that's now,
inaccessible. Within our Depots you'll find entrepreneurs
running privately owned food courts. Retail facilities.

SBH: Ok. I get it. You're going to convert vegetable oil to bio-diesel.

AE: Exactly!

SBH: How do you handle the negative stigma of bio-diesel. You know, the talk
about bio-diesel and the corruption of gas filters and does bio-diesel
actually cause the inside of the storage tanks to deteriorate, thereby
contaminating the fuel?

AE: No, Barry. That's probably the greatest misconception of bio-diesel.
Here's what we're dealing with.

SBH: Tell us.

AE: Gas producers may benefit from this misconception.
The deal is B20 graded bio-diesel has those negative consequences.

AE: So, it's graded and categorized?

SBH: Yes. The Federal government, under ASTM D 6751
specifications, prohibits the use of B20 in the U.S.
There is B5 graded bio-diesel that is clearly without
the adverse affects mentioned. Oil filters. Contamination
and so forth. Oil companies know that. The public
doesn't not.

SBH: They know now.

Laughter.

SBH: I'm sorry. We digressed. Went from water to fuel.

AE: Actually, you have not digressed. The Jaguar Express plan involves
the use of alternative energy at every front. Solar panels
for the Depots, bio-diesel for buses. Solar energy
will also power our electric buses.

SBH: Ok. I get the alternative energy part. What about the water?

AE: It's a common sense solution. Tried and proven since the beginning of time.
Dig fresh water wells. The farmers know that, but no one in Washington is
talking to them. There are droughts. We need water and we need to create jobs.
Thus, Jaguar 5311-F.

SBH: So, the solution is to dig wells.

AE: That's part of the solution. In some areas, wells are environmentally
prohibited, due to the logistics of digging in certain areas.

SBH: But, where you can dig, you can create jobs.

AE: Yes. And every aspect of Jaguar 5311-F provides jobs and stimulate commerce.
someone has to manufacture. That creates jobs. Someone has to drive the buses.
That create jobs. Someone has to build, deliver and maintain buses. That's
jobs.

SBH: And food courts.

AE: More jobs. You've got it.

SBH: Why isn't government cooperating?

AE: It's called CHANGE. We have a broken system. It has to be revamped.

Footnote:
We can't simply convert diesel with vegetable oil, due to high glycerin content. These "feed stocks" must be refined and catalyzed to meet standards. If solvent )bio-diesel acts as a solvent), then the blend is B20 or greater. B20 bio-diesel may breakdown the varnish deposit of walls of storage tanks and fuel systems which will contaminate the fuel with particulate, plugging the fuel filter. B20 has minimal solvent effects on fuel.

Having worked with putting greens for so long, I and golf course designers can see the immediate need and cost savings in the use of alternative resources for water, which is why I am happy to conduct this interview on a most critical issue: water.

Jobs, Wells & Water

There has been a severe water shortage in the Georgia, Alabama and Florida region. This shortage led to ongoing litigation among the states. A Federal judge recently ruled that Alabama, Florida and Georgia require an alternative source of water. Under Jaguar 5311-F alternative water supply options are in place. The essence of the Jaguar plan evolves around digging natural fresh water wells.

" What's wrong with using what has worked for ages. Common sense?" asked Alonzo Evans.

Jaguar propose to eliminate much of the inevitable political maze and waste by using natural resources already in place; for example, we can extract fresh water, immediately. This process of extraction will create thousands of new jobs and restore the infrastructure of our eco system. Many benefits are associated with this strategy; it saves money; it eliminates waste, it creates jobs; water is life.

The states of Georgia, Florida and Alabama are currently extracting water from the Chatahoochie River, Lake Lanier, Lake Altoona, etc. Many pipes and man-made materials within the lakes are distressing the eco system. Corrosion, displacement, contamination of mussels and many natural denizens of the environment are adversely affected.

If you would like to have Jaguar 5311-F effectuated, please contact your congressman, and local representative and ask Why Not?

Why not create jobs by digging fresh water wells? Why spend billions of dollars researching additional avenues of locating and extracting fresh water when an old tried and proven --environmentallly correct--means is at hand. It's also, relatively inexpensive. When we overlook the current political environment, we arrive at forward thinking. We should look back, only long enough to learn the lesson. The lesson entails the effective use of natural resources.

We have water.

Forward Thinking to Create 100,000 Jobs

When asked about Anita Evans, co-owner of Jaguar Express, Inc. . "That's my partner...my wife...my friend...my lover," said Alonzo Evans. "She's the hardest working person at Jaguar Express. It's her tremendous support of the vision, that is the vision of forward thinking, that has made the dream materialize."

Jaguar's objective is to create jobs. That's the point of plan Jaguar 5311F. We are crossing our last major hurdle. It's one of funding. Jaguar Express will continue to push forward, especially where the acquisition of funding toward new jobs is concerned.

What is Jaguar's position regarding states that refuse Economic Stimulus funding? "They are right to do so because they have no plan," Said Alonzo Evans.

The audience agree. In the absence of collective creativity and planning nothing gets done.

Jaguar is excited to answer your e-mail, however, feel free to post your rebuttals at this site.

We are inspired, however, that the current presidental administration is looking forward. We too, are looking forward to change. We are looking forward to new jobs. We are not focused on yesterday's news ie. AIG International, Bank of America, Citi Group.

The development of new industries or modified old industries such as public transportation requires new leadership. We can't lead forward if were looking backward. Speaking of which, it has taken months for some states to see the wisdom of rebuilding infrastructure. Alabama, Missippi, and Lousiana, to name a few, are apparently, looking backward. The lower ninth ward of New Orleans is a prime example.

Several states have given Jaguar Express, Inc. accolades and sought effective means of supporting Jaguar 5311-F.

"That's to be expected because those states are well managed. They demonstrate creativity......leadership. They're looking forward," said Alonzo Evans.

"Everyone didn't vote for progress," said Anita Evans. "Let's continue pushing forward. Yesterdays news happened yesterday."

"It's easier to make good decisions when you have the support Anita gives me," said Alonzo Evans of his wife.

"No Money - No Jobs!"

Columbia, South Carolina - Many unemployed heads-of-family within communities in South Carolina are puzzled at the state's refusal to accept economic stimulus support for its residences.

It appears the best interest of the people is lacking in traditional red-states.

Further pursuit of this question prompted an answer from Jaguar's president, Alonzo Evans who has consistently sworn by Jaguar 5311-F, a plan that creates jobs at a considerably lower cost than that of the U.S. federal government.

Evans explained.

"Red-state politics diminishes creativity and unity within government. I'm speaking of influential decisions made in Washington boardrooms -decisions that fail to create jobs with taxpayers money. Instead, it appears that public money is disappearing three hundred and fifty billion dollars per visit. Where's the money...where's the jobs?"

"South Carolina is not the only state to reject the Economic Stimulus package," said Evans.

Evans supports direct investment of taxpayers money into creating new jobs. Jaguar believes its' plans are consistent, philosophically and otherwise with that of President Obama.

"No money, no jobs," said Evans.

The point of Mr. Evans response questions what he believes is holding up the public transportation jobs.

"Bureaucracy," Evans respond.

Jaguar, as the blogger audience know, propose to create over 100,000 jobs in each of 100s of communities across America.

When told that some people may consider his remarks inflammatory, Evans responded. "There are no jobs. Executives of major corporations are yet receiving billions of dollars of tax-payers funds without the commitment to a single new job. That's inflammatory!"

Stay tuned.

100,000 Jobs /Jaguar 5311F

Andulusia, AL - March 2, 2009. Jaguar Express, Inc. is proud to announce the submission of Jaguar 5311F to three additional states.

"Thank you for your many emaill submissions," said Anita Evans, Vice-President, Jaguar Express, Inc. "However, be sure to log into the blog as a follower so that you may post your comments there."

Evans reported that most of the emails polling the movement of Jaguar 5311F through the system addressed the question "when will the jobs become availabe and what's holding it up?"

"During the past week, three states are reviewing the plan," said Evans.

Jaguar 5311F is now pending review at the state level of FTA. Sources close to Jaguar management stated that the plan was named due to the fact that Jaguar 5311F is consistent with the president's plan (49 USC 5311F) to bring adequate public trnasportation to low-income communities, to assist the handicap and mobilize the elderly as part of the Inner City Transportation Plan.

"The plan to create one-hundred thousand jobs is not yet held up," said Alonzo Evans. "It's not yet time to call your congressman.....congress-woman either."

Evans asked the public to stay tuned to upcoming news on the development of Jaguar 5211F and the premier states in which it will be implemented.

Stimulate Employment/Reduce Energy Cost

February 23, 2009- Atlanat, GA. Executives of Jaguar Express, Inc. raised a pertinent question regarding a conference addressing the use of alternative energy infrastructure in buildings associated with government funding.

"They're passing out funds to major corporations in Washington, but has anyone demanded the use of solar energy panels as a means of reducing energy cost to those recipient companies, i.e., Citi Corp, AIG, Bank of America?"

Bloggers are not suprised those questions were never asked. Hello, out there. Where's the money?

All jokes aside, it would stand to reason that government officials will require alternative energy sources to re-coup losses at government owned buildings. Will this technology be applied to currently planned infrastructure spending?

Look closely at Chrysler and General Motors plans (when provided) toward the use of alternative energy in its' facilities (Dealerships, distribution plants, etc.)

When asked why alternative energy is significant to new infrastructure spending, Evans answered, "...because the cost to power a 20,000 square foot building using solar energy panels will reduce the energy bill considerably over time. The savings in the first year will nearly offset the initial installation expense over 40 kilowatts."

"Jaguar's plan is timely. It will help stimulate job opportunities in the Solar Energy field as well," says Robert Green, President, Green-ovation in Macon, GA.

Revitalization of U.S.A. Manufacturing

Atlanta, GA. Feb. , 2009. Jaguar Express, Inc. announced its' plans to help re-vitalize U.S.A. manufacturing.

Alonzo Evans, President of Jaguar Express, Inc. states that many discharged workers in the automobile manufacturing industry will benefit by re-tooling. For example, specialty chassis (heavy duty) are required to sustain safe transportation in certain rural areas of the South. This effort will require re-tooling commensurate with 49 U.S.C. 5316.

"A case in point," Evans commented. "Rural Alabama (South East) has more dirt roads per hundred miles than most any place in America. What that means to a bus driver or passenger is at best a bumpy ride, but more seriously, heavy duty chassis are required for passenger safety. This is an opportunity to put displaced automobile workers back to work."

"It sounds simple," a reporter commented.

"We can provide chassis, new engines and tires. We're looking at five thousand buses in each of 200 regions, to start. There are six tires per bus...that's thirty thousand tires per region. You get the point?"

Jaguar Express, Inc. may very well help offset some job losses throughout the industry, including some five thousand recent job layoffs at Goodyear, alone.

Put 100,000 jobs on thes Street

February 21, 2009 - Atlanta, GA. Principals of Jaguar Express, Inc., announced today its' intention to create new jobs and to rapidly expand new job development throughout major urban pockets within the U.S.A.

The current version of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible,Efficient, Transportation Equity Act: A legacy for users (SAFTEA-LU) Under 23 USC and 49 USC in Multimodal Transportation Planning spurs employment for transportation workers, including bus drivers, restaurant and retail workers at bus depot facilities, mechanics, service personnel and more.

Jaguar Express, Inc., is uniquely positioned to become a major leader in job development throught the United States via express transportation.

"We will manage transportation finance to ensure that small growth considerations are taken into account for each small community where this plan is economically feasible," said Alonzo Evans, President of Jaguar Express, Inc.

Jaguar Express, Inc. has planned direct express routes to transport employees and prospective employees from urban areas to available job locations. Many job seekers in those respective areas have little or no access due to few or poorly developed mass transit systems.

Under Jaguar's express transportation plan, new jobs are created expanding opportunities to mechanics, bus drivers, restaurant workers and more.

"We will work with local mass transit systems to help offset their existing cost. For example, we are building bus depots complete with fast food restaurants and multiple income-streams and profit-centers to benefit mass-transit company's bottom line," said Anita Evans, Vice President of Jaguar.

An alert reporter asked: "Does that mean your transportation plan is limited to low-income areas?"

"We're not a blue or red country. We are the U.S.A. We plan to implement job development through express transportation wherever it is economically feasible......be it Texas, Kentucky or California or Michigan."

"..so your plan is not limited to low-income communities?"

Evans responded, "We want to make sure we bring a quality transportation system to the public whether it is a small or large community."

The prevalent question is one of time, procurement and turn around.

"We already have a module in place. We can put the jobs on the streets in ninety to a hundred and eighty days," Mr. Evans concluded.

Old Habits Die Hard

Washington, DC - February 9, 2009. Principals of Jaguar Express Inc, announced today that the prospect of creating millions of new jobs is not as remote as many Americans may think. The blog entitled 1,000,000 new jobs, {posted on this very site, dated February 3, 2009} sited the potential of bureaucy to stagnate the development of new jobs. Mr. Evans (President, Jaguar) stated "...old habits die hard........"

"...old habits die hard," said President Obama.

It is not suprising that the President appropriately applied the same quote at today's National press conference when a reporter questioned the effect of his efforts to create bipartisan participation toward passing the Economic Stimulus plan.

"Neither is it suprising that the Presidentcan clearly see the political obstacles stagnating immediate job creation that is so very necessary as represented in Indiana and many parts of the United States," said Evans.

Jaguar Express executives believe its express transportation module can be duplicated in many U.S. regions, thereby creating new jobs, immediately.

"It doesn't take much time to hire qualified bus drivers or to purchase buses," said Mrs. Evans. "The challenge is to push good plans through bureaucracy."

New Jobs: Restaurants & Bus Depot

Atlanta, GA - February 1, 2009. Jaguar Express Inc. announced it's plans to incorporate restaurants into various routes of its' Public Express Trasnsportation Module.

Its module has been submitted to the Federal Transportation Authority of numerous counties throughout the U.S.A. Many jobs are expected as a result of express bus transportation to facilitate the elderly, handicapped and low-income residents under 49 U.S.C. 5307 and 5311.

"Do you plan to include existing restaurant franchisor(s) vendors or, Rapid Transportation Authority vehicles?" a prominent blogger asked.

"We have offered both," Said Alonzo Evans, President of Jaguar Express, Inc. "For example, we met with MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transid Authority) back in November of last year. The point of the meeting addressed the option of providing vending services in lieu of a full service cafeteria. MARTA elected to offer vending services as a result of competing restaurants in the area ad its relatively small customer base."

Evans proposed to create five to ten thousand jobs per region as his Express Transportation Module plans are executed. These plans create express transportation in areas where mobility is less accessible to the elderly, handicap and low-income residents. Jaguar believe its plan will stimulate the economy and create new, long term jobs.

"Buses must be purchased. Building will be leased. Someone has to drive the buses; someone has to operate the depots, "said an official of Jaguar.

"There are new job opportunities for restaurant employees, bus drivers, electricians, Joe the Plumbers of the world, janitors and many blue collar workers," Said Anita Evans, Vice President of Jaguar Express, Inc. "...not to speak of the many small business opportunities provided to entrepreneurs and professionals. Lawyers, Accountants, engineers will profit greatly from the economic stimulus this venture provides."

,1,000,000. JOBS Proposal

Atlanta, GA - February 3, 2009 Alonzo Evans, President of Jaguar Express, Inc. announced today that over one million new jobs may be created comprising over 200 U.S. Regions, based on his public Express Route transportation Module.

"Has the lack of lobbyist presence created more accessibility to Washington?" a reporter recently asked, "or does the economic stimulus plan face opposition toward implementation?"

"Old habits die hard," Evans responded. "Although, we now have clean leadership in Washington, many of the old bureaucracies continue."

The ever persistent Evans sought creative avenues toward exposing his transportation based economic stimulus trasportation module to include Florida, Alabama and many states consistent with Job Reverse Access to Work Program 49 U.S.C. 5316.

100,000 Jobs/Economic Stimulus Package

Atlanta -GA. Jan 2, 2009. As of October, 2007 Jaguar Express, Inc. began to release its plans to create and modify public express route transportation system throughout numerous counties throughout the United States, resulting in 5,000 to 10,000 new jobs per region.

Jaguar Express, Inc. has developed plans consistent with President Obama's economic stimulus provisions.

This is a module. This module can be duplicated in over 200 U.S. regions.

"There are well over 200 regions for which Federal plans 49 U.S.C, 5316, 5311, 5307 and more, specific to our module. These plans are developed to assist the elderly, low-income residents and the handicapped," says Alonzo Evans, President of Jaguar Express, Inc.

When asked how difficult it has been to market the job creating plan, Evans responded. "We started at the top in terms of creating transportation depots for buses along with restaurants which will induce further employment. Take MARTA for example. (Atlanta Metro Bus & train), the legal consultant for MARTA met with me personally regarding this plant toward its' possible participation in making use of our depots and map designs."

Jaguar Express, Inc. did not stop at MARTA but opened its map design expertise to all regions consistent with Job Access Reverse Commute Program congruent to the presidents economic stimulus plan.

Jaguar Express, Inc. has designed a proprietary Express Bus Routing System that creates tens of thousands of new jobs stimulating new economic activity.

"The point of the plan is two-fold," said Anita Evans, (V.P. Jaguar Express). "One, we are creating viable employment.....the qualatative effect results in jobs that last...from bus drivers to fast food servers. Secondly we plan to exploit alternative sources of energy such as bio-diesel."

Jaguar Express, Inc. is suited to begin hiring, immediatley upon the FTA approval, as the proposal is now pending federal authorization.
